Gibraltar is located on the south of the Iberian Peninsula overlooking the strait of Gibraltar, which links the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea. The territory shares a land border with Spain to its north. Gibraltar is known as the meeting place of continents, with Africa to the south and Europe to the north. The climate is warm and welcoming throughout the year.
